This immersive gathering will be an exceptional opportunity for our talented musicians from Poland, Lithuania, and Italy to collaboratively finalize, rehearse, and professionally produce original compositions, guided by outstanding international mentors. Imagine creating music together while immersed in the spectacular natural beauty of Nida, a place celebrated for its serene dunes and inspiring landscapes.

🌟 Meet Your Music Mentors:

🎸 Antonello Fiamma

Antonello is an Italian guitarist, composer, and educator, renowned for blending fingerstyle, classical, and modern musical genres into a unique artistic expression. A graduate of the conservatories in Matera and Ferrara, he has showcased his exceptional skills across prestigious festivals and concert halls, with performances in France, Austria, and Germany, including collaborations with the acclaimed „Magna Grecia” orchestra.

As the educational coordinator at the prestigious Cluster Music School in Milan, Antonello dedicates his career to nurturing young talent, driven by the belief that music conveys emotions and stories that help us better understand ourselves and the world around us. During the Masterclass, Antonello will provide invaluable guidance on composition, guitar techniques, and music creation.

🥁 Israel Varela 

We are equally delighted to welcome the world-class drummer, vocalist, composer, and producer Israel Varela as our Music Mentor! Winner of the Euro Latin Award and honored with the prestigious „Mexicano Distinguido” title, Israel has captivated audiences in more than 45 countries through his unique musical blend of jazz, flamenco, classical, and world music.

His extraordinary career includes collaborations with music legends such as Pat Metheny, Charlie Haden, Mike Stern, Yo-Yo Ma, Andrea Bocelli, and Richard Bona. Mentored by legendary drummer Alex Acuña, Israel’s artistry brings both depth and vibrant creativity.

At the Masterclass in Nida, Israel will share his profound knowledge and experience, encouraging participants to explore new creative pathways, experiment boldly, and discover their unique artistic voices.

🎶 A Journey Towards the Grand Finale Concert in Crotone, Italy!

Following the creative sessions and intensive rehearsals in Nida, our artists will record and finalize their original compositions, which they will later proudly present at a special concert in Crotone, Italy. This grand finale event will not only highlight their artistic growth but also symbolize the strength of international collaboration and cultural exchange fostered by the MOTIVE project.
