Training program

Artists who are selected through the open call will be offered a series of trainings, coaching sessions, and workshops, both online and in-person. The training topics will cover issues such as:

1. Entrepreneurship support for emerging musicians: This step is specifically designed to cater to the needs of amateur musicians and those at the beginning of their path in the music industry. The focus is on nurturing and developing entrepreneurial skills essential in today’s music landscape.

2. Music production courses: Courses covering music production management, enhancing understanding of the music creation process. These courses are designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in managing music production. 

3. Copyright law in music: This part of the training focuses on educating musicians about the critical legal aspects governing music creation, distribution, and use. Understanding these laws is essential for protecting one’s work and navigating the industry legally and ethically.

4. Music Business: These specialized lectures and online workshops are designed to develop essential business skills for individuals in the music sector, whether they are solo artists or a part of a band. 

5. Building a music career: This part of the training program is specifically tailored to equip musicians and aspiring music professionals with the essential skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the European music sector. The comprehensive curriculum is designed to address the rapidly evolving landscape of the music industry. 

6. Theoretical and practical classes: The methodology of the comprehensive educational program aims to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application to enhance the professional education of musicians. The curriculum is structured to provide a balanced understanding of the music industry’s artistic and business sides.

7. Training tools for beginner musicians: This initiative focuses on developing and refining a training methodology tailored specifically for musicians new to the music industry.
