Discover Our Training Module! How Are We Preparing the MOTIVE Project Participants?
As part of the MOTIVE – Merging Original Traditions Into New Voices of Europe project, we developed a unique Training Module to help participants grow and develop their music careers!
Over the next few weeks, 15 selected artists will participate in 30 hours of mandatory workshops and 8 hours of additional sessions, covering various aspects of the music industry—from sound production and copyright law to marketing strategies.
What will participants learn?
📜 Music Industry Law – Protecting copyrights, managing licensing rights, registering musical works, and safely navigating legal aspects such as sampling, remixing, and publishing covers.
🎧 Music Production, Mixing, and Mastering – Essential recording techniques, adequate mixing and mastering strategies, understanding LUFS standards, and creating professional-quality tracks.
📱 Digital Marketing and Social Media – Effective promotion on TikTok and YouTube, including content creation, digital advertising, audience engagement, and leveraging online trends.
🌍 Green Music Events – How to organize concerts, festivals, and other cultural events in an eco-friendly and sustainable manner, minimizing environmental impact.
