- Eligibility: Open to amateur musicians or those at the early stages of their career.
- Inclusivity and Diversity: The open call aims to ensure a balanced gender participation, aspiring for no more than 40% of total participants to be female, aligning with our commitment to inclusivity.
- Selection Process: Applicants must demonstrate basic music skills like composition, performance, and proficiency in at least one musical instrument. Additional skills in music video production and proficiency in music production software (such as Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools, etc.) are also required.
- Application Requirements: Candidates are to submit their artistic resume, a list of their compositions, and a motivational letter. A crucial part of the application is a video presentation showcasing the candidate’s artistic journey, style, and genre.
- Jury of Experts: The applications will be evaluated by a distinguished jury comprising Vita Butvilienė from Siauliai State Chamber Choir „Polifonija”, Mario Rosini, a professor of jazz singing, and Vincenzo Cipriani, a renowned pianist and composer.
- Visibility and Promotion: The open call will receive maximum visibility, promoted on partner websites and social media channels through specific advertising campaigns.
- Duration: The selection will be open for at least one month to ensure wide reach and participation.
- Training and Collaboration: Selected musicians will first engage in a comprehensive training program, followed by participation in joint creative endeavors, offering a complete pathway of growth within the MOTIVE project.
